My 11 month Inglis Whirlpool fridge purchased at Future Shop Pointe-Claire, Quebec is warped.

The cabinet has tilted to one side and now we have a gap on one side above the doors.

Whirlpool's warranty repair offer/joke is to hinge the doors off-center to conform to the crooked cabinet. Doing so makes the doors protrude on the sides and leaves an uneven space between the doors where you slip your hand to open from the front.

This looks like hell, not pleasing to look at and unacceptable for a fridge not even a year old.

Any info regarding a possible class action against Whirlpool regarding structurally defective fridges?
How about Future Shop selling fridges that warp?
How do you deal with something like this?
