Whirlpool is a horrible product! Ripoff! Benton Harbor Michigan

Long story short... I bought a whirlpool washer because I trusted the name. I bought this washer a little over two years ago. Three months into owning this washer it broke and needed major repairs. They paid for a appliance store to come to my house and fix it. The man who fixed my washer told me it would have been cheaper to replace since he had done major repairs.

About 6 months after that it broke again. When i called to complain I insisted on a new washer but all they did was fix it and extend my warranty. I was not happy about this because I had a feeling it wasn't going to last as it should.

Now my warranty has run out and I called them to explain this is why I wanted a different washer in the first place and they won't do anything for me!!! This would not be so upsetting if it weren't for the fact that this is the third time it has broke...not the first!!!

This is just a washer for a two person home... it should last better than it did. And when I tried to voice these concerns...they did nothing for me!!!! I swear I am now on a mission to tell everyone I meet what a horrible company whirlpool is... they do not at all try to make their customers happy!!
