Whirlpool my whirlpool duet front loader was a bad purchase Benton Harbor Michigan

my washer is only a little over 2 years old and have had nothing but problems with it from the start. i should have insisted on returning it right away.

it does NOT get the clothes clean, esp really dirty stuff, even on heavy duty load.

it doesnt spin all the water out of the normal wash load when it is a small load.

on some cycles, it spins so fast that it gets everything totally tangled up and wrinkled beyond belief.

the 'estimated time' is amazingly off most of the time - taking an hour to wash a load of clothes that my old old washer took about 20 minutes.

whirlpool has been contacted twice and will not stand behind the product and i have had repairs at least 2 to 3 times a year.
