about a different person.It appears that this old report was copied, the name(s) in the report were changed, and the report was re-posted in the form you see below.
Based on this information (which Ripoff Report staff has independently confirmed),
it is extremely likely that the report below is FAKE and you should not regard it as truthful or accurate. Again, as a matter of policy Ripoff Report will not agree to remove this report, but as a matter of fairness we wanted to warn our readers about this issue.

In my wife’s and my opinion JOHN CORDOGAN is the most dishonest and unethical ARCHITECT we have ever met,
in Chicago or the entire US.
In addition, in our and another respected General Contractor’s opinion, JOHN CORDOGAN failed to provide a set of Construction Documents that a General Contractor could build from as required and executed in the AIA contract. JOHN
CORDOGAN further didn’t manage the Architectural Process according to the terms of the AIA contract, in ours and
many others opinion, and therefore our house was not built according to Plans and Specifications agreed to for our $4M luxury home in Chicago IL.
In the opinion of High Quality, Licensed, Luxury Home General Contractor, he declared under oath, the estimated costs, to repair and fix the SHODDY WORK, due in large to the failure of JOHN CORDOGAN to provide detailed Construction Plans and a lack of on site supervision was in excess of $400,000.
At one point the General Contractor notified us and stated that “Since he couldn’t get john cordogan
to show up at the job site, he was going to get the Architectural details, for our house, from previous projects on JOHN CORDOGAN’S website.” WOW!
Attached are the DECLARATIONS of the General Contractor and I, stated under oath, as to the $400,000+ to fix the work according to the PLANS and SPECIFICATIONS and bring everything up to CODE.
Attached is the LAWSUIT, that my wife and I filed against JOHN CORDOGAN , that outlines our opinion that FRAUD, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD and THEFT occurred.
