I made this purchase on 08/03/2011 and as of 09/13/2011. I still have not received the car seat cover. I reached out to Miriam 2
weeks ago, which she stated the order would be shipped out over the weekend. That was 2 weeks ago and still no product. I email her twice and no answer. Poor Poor customer service. I wish I would have read all the poor reviews she likes to state
that she has send out the seat covers yet does not. RIP OFF BEWARE!

Mr. Perez purchased the item on Ebay and after about a week began to send multiple emails to all sites where I was associated telling me I was a "scam" seller because he had not received his item yet. When I pointed out to him that the Ebay listing stated the item would take up to 25 BUSINESS days to complete he stated he hadn't noted that information. Since I had not started the cover I offered a refund- however he was adamant that his wife REALLY wanted the item and he would be willing to wait. The item was purchased 8/1/11 however it was not paid for until the 8/3/11 and as noted in my listings I don't start counting the timeframe until the item is paid for. Yes the item took longer than 4 weeks, and yes I made Mr. Perez very aware of that. I also stated I do not answer emails about timeframes on my product and if I do they are all estimates based on fabric delivery, etc. So I apologize it took longer than 4 weeks but he did receive the product- and in the future I would recommend Mr. Perez not purchase a handmade item and also recommend he read shop policies from any only retailer.
