please be very careful with this guy he is a total rip off he claims to do drafting and architechtual work and in fact hes a pot head and a cocoine drug addict. he also claims to teach and have dj services when infact never shows up to your house beacuse he doesnt have a car hes always asking for rides from other people and its just to take your downpayment and leave. first thing u have to know is that he completely doesnt know anything about drafting or architechtual work he just knows how to make one line in the autocad program. companies be very aware he claims to be working when infact he uses his breaks to smoke pot and sniff cocaine. and when u attemp to fire him he always cry's for lowsy pay. and starts making all types of bogus cliams about your company. please people save your money and dont make bussiness with this guy. once again his name is Javier I Mendez and lives in a back garage house which is actually his parents house. he claims to have companys but he does not. he just needs money for drugs and alchahol. o and by the way he claims to do construction as well which he has no knowledge at all. all he does is send other people he doesnt pay and keeps the money for himself.
