Mr. Peralta was hired for architectural services to perform the renovation and construction of our home. We paid him the sum of $26,000.00 to design and implement the plans and to self certify the construction to speed up the process for the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
In fact, the only service he performed was to provide architectural drawings and to have those drawings approved by the building department. The fee for that service was $10,000.00. He did not provide any services in regard to the self certification process and it tookthree years to obtain the certificate of occupancy when it was originally estimated that it would take one year.
Additionally, we paid an additional $10,000.00 to the engineer he recommended for the self certification process. We never even saw him at the premises. In fact, we had to hire another expediter, Noel Building Consultants, Inc. to perform this service.
Finally, his plans failed to provide for the legally required space between their extension and their neighbor’s chimney. They inform us that they incurred costs in the sum of $14,000.00 to rectify this compliance issue.
Robert Peralta was incompetent. NEVER HIRE HIM

Peralta + Holland architecture interiors Inc. was never retained by this person(s) who chooses to remain anonymous.
I am the president of this company and if our company "stole money" which we would never do, then why remain anonymous? All lies. We are a highly respected and reputable firm. This is an attempt to tarnish the reputation of my company. Therefore we have currently launched an investigation in the matter to discover the identity of this person(s). We have a good idea of whom they might be and we will sue for any damages as a result, inccured by our firm.
