Pulte Homes ms.robin (office) the home i choosed was swithched to other w/out any prior notice euless, Texas

back in 2001'/02' i booked a home with 'pulte homes' after reviewing /signing & with all paper-work at pulte's office with ms.robin & other gentleman (who's a kind man) but after i paid $5000/= cash upon signing a deal & just after couple of month I went to inquire regarding my payment so there i  found that my chosen location has been changed. On inquiring ms.robin insisted that you must take the one which is available right now, but i decided to cancel the deal ,coz' i totally dis-agreed upon what she's wanted...! since, everything is done why you did to me ..? when i demanded my money back she told it would take atleast 3-6 months to return the amount.

However, we're completely dis-appointed with Pulte homes ,eventually after so many tries & visits I got my check for the same amount & that's how we got rid off that office. ms.robin behaviour was not a good one like i was begging her ...! but there's an old-man (sorry forgetting name) he was kind & understanding. My wife's friends also bought home there & after 6 months started complaining for some deffects &  construction, coz' we got everything build concrete in back-home.
