Maurice Gore William Gore My artwork was displayed at their galleries(25 pieces) and they closed shop and vanished. Never answered my calls. Never paid me. Stole my artwork. carmel, California

I have been trying to locate this husband and wife team for over twelve years...At first they seemed so nice and charming and featured my artwork in their first art gallery in Carmel, CA, the `Angel Kids Gallery´I sold work, but never got paid for it. Then they moved two blocks away and renamed the art gallery ´The Robert Taylor Gallery´and again, featured about 25 pieces of my art, and when I went down to see them some weeks later, found that the gallery had shut down again and there was no trace of Maurice Gore (aka William Gore , Bill Gore) and his wife, Kathleen.
They had given me a phone number (which I phoned hundreds of times, but never got an answer or reply....Only once did I ever get through, and they promised that they would send me my artwork to my new address...but never did. Nor was the email address they gave me valid. My emails were continually returned to me.
What really bothers me is that they seemed like the nicest people you could ever meet...She said she was a school teacher, and he had been a lawyer, but had to give that up because he had a heart condition, and so they had decided to go into the art gallery business. They even drove me past a closed up house in Carmel and said that it was theirs, but was being rented out at the moment. They also seemed to have travelled alot, and said that they spent a lot of time on their sail boat. He even said that he was Al Gore´s first cousin.
I moved away from CA in 2000, but not before trying to find them umpteen times...
Since then I´ve married and now live in Norway, and still try to find them, but to no avail. In my internet 
Please, please help me get back my art work!!!
