Posterpass.com I ordered posters. 5 for $5 each. I was billed WAY TOO MUCH after I left a message telling them to end membership. Evanston, Illinois

I ordered 5 posters and matching mugs for $5 each. I immediately called the company and left a voice message with my name and phone number on it saying that I did not want to be billed for any further posters or items after that point. I did this all the SAME evening. I got plain white mugs and 5 average posters.
 
A few weeks later I noted another package in the mail with what sounded like 2 to 3 posters inside. I also got a $79 bill on my VISA card!!!! WTF!!! I again called but no one was there (X2) so I left two more messages stating to cancel.
 
This is not all, the very next week 8 days later (11-30-09) I got a second $79 charge and another package on 11-3-09!!!!!! Again I attemted to contact with no luck. Again I left messages with my name and phone number.  I returned the package and 3 trips to the bank, cancelled my card, am thinking about sueing them for freud. Still I have no closure. This is a very ROTTEN company from what I can tell. Most will at least contact you by email even if they are worthless but this one doesn't even do that much.

So far I am down about 60 min on my cell bill and about 2 hours of my life trying to straighten things out here. Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the 160+ they took to piss me off in the first place!!! That really sucks!!!
 
I spend thousands each year on online business but this is one few horrid companies that I have run into. BEWARE!!!!!!!
