symphony of color, picture.com ripped off of photo i sent to them owings mills,, Maryland

on march of 2000 i received a letter and order form from symphony of color, saying as you know, your original photograph is currently sheduled to be published in the deluxe, hardbound photography anthology, symphony of color. it said, i am pleased to inform you that all pre-publication work for this edition has been completed and the book is sheduledto be released on september 30, 2000. the book will be available at retail and online bookstores about six weeks later.

i am also excited to tell you that we have published a special, electronic edition of symphony of color. the entire book, including your photograph, is now featured on the internet at...www.picture.com.    it also said you'll also recieve royalty payments by licensing your photo. so i sent the form in to license my photo. i was also told that i would recieve a royalty check in the amount of 10% of the retail price of my product.    i have never heard a word back from them and feel like my photograph was ripped off from me and used for their convience and what money they will or have recieved.  how do i get the money they owe me ?
