USA Chat Line Inc. Valarie USA Chat Line Doesn't Pay Employees Internet

I began working for USA Chatline in Dec 2010 and quit sometime after Jan 2011 when they failed to pay me. Its true that they have no problem whatsoever phoning you and sending emails asking you to log on at any time of the day or night. But try getting in touch with them to pay you and its a different story.
I eventually received a message from Valarie stating that TWO of my paychecks (one for December 2010 and one for January 2011) had been returned to their office. I provided them with another address and was told that they would issue the checks again. A week went by and I never received a thing. When I phoned dispatch, they said that there was no money in the account and they would have to cut the checks again. They claimed the checks would be mailed out on Friday. Which meant, I should have received them no later than Tue the following week. When the checks failed to arrive, I phoned dispatch and was told that the checks were mailed out on Monday. When the checks still failed to arrive by the end of the week, I phoned dispatch again and was told they were mailed on Friday.
It was two weeks or so before I finally received ONE paycheck. When I phoned to ask about the other since I had been told there were TWO checks, Valarie insisted that two had been mailed and suggested that I send an email regarding the matter to "questions@usachatline.com"
Well, instead of properly answering my question about the SECOND check, they played dumb and would only acknowledge that ONE check had been sent. When I contacted them again about the other check, they rudely responded with this statement:
We will continue to send the SAME response. Please read your e-mail: This is the address we have in the system. We mailed the check on Friday.

Hello, i totally agree with you USA Chatline is a horrible company to work for.I don't blame you for quitting when you did.I myself just stopped working for them as of May 7th 2011 because i hadn't received my very first paycheck. I started with them April 13th 2011, The check ending date was April 17th...They said they mailed a check out to me April 22nd which was on a friday when checks are supposedly mailed anyway,Well it's friday May the 13th 2011 and I still haven't received the check as of yet.They had the audacity to call me in my sleep and wake me up asking me if I could log on and help them out.They are so shady and callous that they don't care at all about paying you they just want you to work and get them paid.You're never gonna be able to speak with anyone that works directly in payroll.It's always gonna be someone in dispatch that you have to talk to.This company should really be investigated do to the legality issues concerning paychecks.I do not know who to talk to about this since the worker's are Independent Contractors. It's like we're alone and by ourselves to be and get taken advantage of by monsters like Usachatline and more companies like this.So ladies and gents please do a thorough investigation and research on any pso company you choose to work for.Be extra careful because who wants to work for free no one I should hope it's not a good feeling at all.They take advantage of you because they think you're desperate and broke so you'd have to except all of their b.s.Let's fight for our rights and shut Usachatline down for good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
