I placed an order on Dec. 16 (for a Christmas gift), paid by credit card and received confirmation it had been approved.
On Dec. 28 I was notified my ordered had been cancelled because the item was "out of stock", which I highly doubted since it was still on sale on their website.
On Jan. 8 after about 30 emails from my part asking for clarification, I was told that they cancelled the order because they couldn't ship it to France... though I had filled out all the details of the shipping address on their website before I received the confirmation!
In any case, it has now been 1.5 months and I am still waiting for my refund. I must have send 50 emails to enquire about the status and haven't received a single response.
Unacceptable.

FRAUD CASE: Customer ordered a CANVAS ITEM TO FRANCE, Knowing as per our shipping policies it could not have been shipped to france. On top of that, customer attempted to pay $6.95 for international shipping to FRANCE on a 10 LB Item which would cost over $650.00 to ship. Customer attempted to DEFRAUD by swinging by and paying $6.95 for domestic shipping.
OnlineWall offers international shipping as a courtesy and is known to ship rare items internationally this customer ruins that service for the rest.

Its a shame that a customer like this who tried to not pay shipping even and knew as per the policies that you cannot ship framed items from US to europe for it would cost so much would actually not only attempt to do that, but then go and write up bad reviews like this. Just shows the mentality of such a person and how they actually get satisfied hurting US Businesses. I Praise http://www.onlinewall.com for shipping items worldwide and being the first art retail site to do so. Most Art Retail sites will not even attempt to do it, though i know some are now doing it. This customer really has some nerve I Tell you.

Your claim that I commited fraud is ridiculous: I ordered through your website and did state my address, and you charged me for my order.
It took you 2 weeks to send me an email saying my order was “out of print” on 29/12/2009 – no mention of the actual reason. I sent countless emails to understand why then it was still on sales on your website, and when I would get my money back.
It’s only after the bad review I posted, that I received an email on 28/1/2010 (over 6 weeks after my original order) with the following information:
Type : REFUND
Invoice Number : AF20094235
Description : We apoligize this item could not be shipped to france
