wildflower and bugs deceptive, unprofessional, a crook syracuse, New York

August 15,2010 we attended a reputible arts & crafts festival at Shaker Woods in Ohio. We ordered a sign from Wildflowers and Bugs to be delivered in 8 to 12 weeks. A Mr. George Kise took our order and processed our credit card payment for $279.15. He was to provide a proof in 2 weeks for approval, that did not happen. After trying to contact him a few times he finally responded to say he was behind & would send proof immediately. That did not happen either. I called him again now in the 7th week & his phone was disconnected. I contacted Shaker Woods & they too had complaints about him. Thats when we found there were over a dozen reports of his failure to deliver. We contacted our credit card company to dispute the charge & Mr. Kise responded to the company with fabrications pertaining to policy & so forth. He is decietful and not to be trusted. It is now February and we are still trying to get our money back!
