ClearPoint Direct Went to Clearpoint Direct website and ordered an Item called "Gifts from a Jar" and another item called "Clever Crafts Trio" and that was 2 weeks ago today and I haven't heard anything from them Champlain, New York

I was going through an insert in the week-end paper and saw this ad for Clearpoint Direct. It had an ad for 3 books called "Gifts from a Jar". It stated set of three, "Only $7.95. I then saw the web site and went there and ordered the set and then saw

another set of three books called "Clever Crafts Trio" and put in an order for those also, for another $7.95. I ordered them through their website with my Debit Card for a total of $22.85. That was 15.90 total for the books and 6.95 for the shipping.

They sent me an e-mail confirming my order and stated that they would send me an e-mail when they were to be shipped. I haven't heard from them since. I tried to send them an e-mail today with my concerns and it wouldn't go through, and then I tried

to go to their website and couldn't go there either.
