I ordered the art course and my credit card was charged. After waiting a month for delivery, I became suspicious. An internet search points to a total scam. All contact information by phone, email, internet was bogus. By all reports, if I had received the course, it would have been worthless.

I have filed a report with NV Attorney General for fraud.

So I don't know how that's hard to contact us.

We did change the phone number recently so you may have used the old one. If you contact us, maybe we can help you. Of course, you didn't leave any information. Other people contact us for customer support so it's not difficult.

And we stand behind the quality of our product.

Besides, you didn't mention that the product can be downloaded instantly as well, which it appears you did not do. So you never saw a product which was easily viewable immediately after you ordered. The have been a ton of people ordering since you, if it was a month ago. How come they all downloaded the product right away?
