I HAVE NO INFORMATION ON FILE FOR YOU ORDERING WITH ME, YOUR NAME IS NOT COMING UP IN MY FILES, -PLEASE CONTACT ME, IF YOU FEEL I HAVE left you with no product and you paid me.........you can contact your Credit card and/or paypal company to let them know or the best thing is contact me thru my website, all my information is there and I have nothing to hide, please let me know whats up? thanks,.

This company DOES know who I am and everything I say about this company is TRUE and they have just again started contacting me today the same day as their rebutal here on The Ripoff Report. I will continue to report this company to as many sources as I can till I receive a refund or my product. I have already contacted the state of PA Internet and Business Fraud, BBB, Paypal, Girl Scout Main office (as she sells licensed GS products but does not deliver). The original dates of my orders are March and April of 2007!! I will copy and paste some emails below, plus there was a long period of time she just ignored me and never answered any emails, dates included, please note all the excuses:

PLEASE READ BELOW BUT NOTE* I have your invoice in front of me, and alot of
items I no longer make, is there a way I can send something else in place (after
you read below, let me know) cause I want to make this right and I made promises
after promises and I dearly apologize..........thanks.
I'm emailing you to find out if paypal ever refunded you, I lost alot of order
info (and emails) and I want to make this order transaction good. I know its
been since 2007 that your order placed, but things went wrong for my business in
2007 and I dearly apologize, I want to make it right by either offering you a
new credit and/or try to ship your product you ordered. My supplier first
delayed my stuff and then it got cancelled, and I got stuck in a rutt and dearly
apologize about everything. I'm simply in tears over this mess and hope you can
email me back with an answer and accept my apologies and my help me to make this
right by allowing me more time, I know I'm asking alot but I do want to make
this right and do the right thing, not just ignore it.
Again, I'm very sorry.
Please reply this to this email only please so I can mark your order response
and start there.

I got overwhelmed with orders, and now our funds are tied up in backorders, so there is nothing to refund til Feb's release on my orders, I know it doesn't make sense on your end but that's the truth ---- I'm just trying to be honest and keep in touch.

I will be sending an email to each and everyone who has a pending order in 2007,
we are switching our website over for the new year 2008, and not taking any new
orders except our inventory closeout sale --which will run for 1 week.........
I will send emails within 7 bus days with updates.

I need to get your stuff to you soon, and some things just aren't in stock, so I can either give you a credit to order other items on my site, no add't shipping chrgs apply -- and mail those items..........or you can continue to wait.
I can let you know which items are holding things up, the credit and you can decide...........a refund just won't happen real fast, and I'd prefer a credit on things I can ship you now if you wish.

ok,Jeniifer, its been so long , I need a few details from you and your stuff will ship --some items may not be available anymore, your invoice will show a credit if any at all..........
Your credit can be used on a new order, for in stock items or items I will ship right away, no waiting --and no add't shipping charges either.
What year die cut title did you want?
Any specific COLORS on the other words? or is black fine?

Another response Aug 30th, 2007, now this is one of my favorites, I had been emailing her with her confirmation numbers since March and I always include my name and address and just now in August this is what she emails me:
What is your order # or name?
Order confirmation #'s don't mean nothing to me on my
end, they are simply for your use on looking the order
status up online.

UPDATE ON PREORDERS!
I just got word my last BIG SHIPMENT on the new Girl Scout stuff is coming next week, I will have all and most orders shipped in the mail by Friday June 15th no later.
Any questions, please contact me here -whether its an updated mailing address or concern.
I will be inserting FREE GIFTS for those waiting forever, trust me --I'll never do preorders in advance like this again...........I thank everyone for their patience and understanding.

Update on orders -
I'm emailing everyone with a pending order in our system, I'm working as hard as I can and fast as I can on processing/shipping orders.
I am normally 2-3 weeks processing but the past 2 months its been 3-4 weeks +. I dearly apologize for the delays, if you need an order by a certain date, EMAIL ME NOW with order # and full name so I can pull your invoice and process this weekend.............
Most orders should ship this next week, of May 21st.
I've been down with the stomach bug /virus the past week and apologize for even more delays due to being sick.

invoices tomorrow or later tonight and make sure I ship

some items are still on preorder, but I'm sure most of
your stuff I can ship now.
I'm about 3-4 weeks processing, but that 8 week order
scares me, its possible its a preorder......meaning
stuff isn't here yet.
