Color me mine Total Rip off!! montgomeryville, Pennsylvania

I took my daughter and her frind to color me mine as a special night.  They picked there ceramic pieces out and went to pick paint.  The girls put there ice cream cone which was two pieces on the table while they were up. The piece is top heavy as it is and if an adult would have been there who deals with children she would have the common sense to seperate the two pieces.  When my daughters friend went to sit down the top fell of and of course broke into a million pieces.  Of course she was very upset and i asked the young girl to get her another one.  She replied really? She can just paint the bottom and you will have to pay for another.  Well I guess she expected me to make her cry while her friend painted.

When we went to pay I of course had to pay for 3 pieces.  I explained i didnt mind covering the cost of the broken item but should not be charged full price (which is high to begin with) since it did not need firing and paint.  She said policy is you pay full price.  Really!!  You need to profit from someones misfortune.

I picked up pieces last night and went to put my daughters on the table to find out it was never filed on the bottom there are three bumps from when it was made and does not sit properly.  Which of course not I am also wondering if that was not part of the problem with the other one too.

I tried to email corp and got no response.
