Curtis Boehringer Total scam; took my $$ but failed to fill order; lied to me; poor communication Chesterland, Ohio

2009 - Ordered two of his patterns; also placed a special order for a designed to be converted from a needlepoint pattern to an embroidery pattern.   He took my money.   Never got the patterns.  

When I called, I talked to his girl, Cindy, who was very sorry...she doesn't know what happened; she'll re-send them right away.   Never got them.    I was also told that he had been ill, but now he was better and was very excited about creating new designs.    I called again and she said, "oh, they must have been sent to Ohio, not Oregon".   I told her it shouldn't make any difference if she used the correct zip code!   She said she would send them out first thing Monday morning.   Never got them!

After that, I emailed numerous times but never got a response.    I tried calling, and at first I got the voice mail and I left a message, but after a few times, I got a message that the mailbox was full and I was not permitted to leave a message.   On May 12, 2009, I wrote him a letter and still didn't get a response.   I never tried to get my money back because I believed they would send the patterns.   When they stopped responding, it was too late for me to get my credit card company to refute the charges.   Curtis already had my money!!!

Recently, I decided to Google Curtis and found that he had a new blog and website.   Now, I can't find the website so I can only assume it's been turned off.   The last entry on his blog was August 2011 so I guess he's not keeping it current.   
I don't know what's going on with him, but I just want the stuff I ordered and paid for!   Curtis - stop scamming people and send us what we ordered!
