Miss Cayce's Christmas Store Defective product Midland, Texas

I purchased a chandelier from Miss Cayce's Christmas store and tried to hang it in my house.  I had an electrician help me do this.  My electrician told me I needed the bracket that went with the chandelier in order to hang the item.  Miss Cayce's Christmas store never gave me the bracket to hang my chandelier.  They gave me a bracket that didn't work.  I tried going everywhere to find a bracket for the chandelier and couldn't find one that fit.  Miss Cayce's store couldn't find the bracket and wouldn't give me an exchange or a refund.  They wouldn't help me at all and sold me a broken/defective chandelier I can never use.  Bad customer service.  Bad business ethics.
