Rex Beads Store Hi Jake, Please don't take this personal I know it's your job to make nice with the complaining public as I am also a CS rep. I'll just give you the sequence of contact I've had with you ( REX ) on th Internet

I purchased a strand of what was described as Antique Blue Carnelian beads, when I received these beads I contacted CS at Rex beads to ask for info on the age and was told they were 300 yrs. old. At this point I reread the description, they have online and found they listed them as 19TH century but also they listed them as being 2000 yrs. old. Also in the description they describe them as stone in one place and glass in another.  When I emailed again to point out the issues in the description they said they contacted the supplier and they are stone and 2000 yrs. old. Well after futher investigation on these beads, many comparisions to other beads that are excatky the same, they turn out to be glass not carnelian stone and are not 2000 yrs. old by any strech. Their response was " we wiil have a discussion with the supplier....well they said they contacted the supplier on the first and second time I emailed them with the issue of age of, stone or glass and about the misleading and confusing description. All I got back was " we never intend to mislead". REALLY! So I'm stuck with the questionable beads and Rex is still selling them. So buyer needs to be really careful and beware of any purchase from this company. Sorry doesn't cut it!!! Oh it's to late to return and they didn't even mention any solution to this problem, now they ignore my emails. Buyer Beware of this company!!!! JDO
