Bonaventure Assisted Living Skyline Rd Southern Hills Assisted Living Abuse to Family Member. I have contacted an attorney to file a lawsuit against them Salem, Oregon

I had a family member at Southern Hills who was not cared for properly. Due to their lack of reasonable follow up when a resident fails to take their medication, it resulted in a hospital trip. Family members or the hospital staff were never told that there was a problem with taking/refusing medication. Upon returning from the hospital, the facility was told to notify the family if there was any problems with medications.      

almost another week went by with continuing medication refusals and still no notification with family. Again another hospital trip. Adult protectice Services substantiated the wrong doing from Southern Hills. I have now contacted an attorney. I was shocked to see how bad these other reports were on "Ripoff Reports". I have tried to call Pam Gray with no call back. On the second hospital trip they called me to say that my family member was transported and they wish to not have them back to due the added/elevated care needed (this was their error and they are telling me to not bring my family member back).

They simply was dumping my family out of their facility with no notice (which violates their own residential agreement). Anyone looking for a class action suit should refer to my incident to attach to their case. I noticed that they (Bonaventure) is building a new facility off Kubler Rd.   I sent a report to an attorney today to begin some action against them. I hope I get other family members and either ex or current employees at Southern Hills to support my potential lawsuit against them.

I have never met Pam Gray but I do know that the operation at Southern Hills is a family operation with COO- Pam Gray; House Manager- (Southern Hills) Caleb Gray and Regional/District Manager- Jeremiah Gray. They are quite a team and needs to be spanked legally for the hardship they put me and my family through.  I agree...Do not put your family member here unless they able to care for themselves medically.
