Patience Bristol took my father's money and molested my son.

My Father decided to spend his last years in Las Vegas.  That was his big mistake.  My son went to live with him, but when he got sick, the Nevada court assigned him a guardian, Patience M. Bristol.  We wanted to bring father home to San Diego, but we were blocked at every turn.

Money was short, so we attempted to hire an attorney.  Patience Bristol by sleeping with my son who was 18, got him to lie to the court.  Patience according to my son slept with him on five different occasions.  My son and Patience placed father into a private assisted living home where he died with in 2 months. 

Attempts at receiving an accounting have been unsuccessful.  My son feels guilty about what occurred between him and Patience Bristol.  We have reported this to the authorities, but no one wants to act.  Nevada says all of this is a family matter and Patience Bristol's sexual preferences are not a concern in this case.
