Extreme Spells Circle. Again, thank you for reading my rebuttal and I hope I can shed some light on the negative reviews online about ExtremeSpells.com and our Circle. It is my job and my mission to make sure all new and old clients are comfortable with the ordering process and are completely happy with their Casting results. If I have one client worried I myself worry. I have found that shedding light all of the issues is best so here we go...
I want to cover a few issues regarding any "rip off" reports concerning our site and group.
Most importantly I want to first address the "double charged" matter that the above client mentioned. As we state clearly on our site a person ordering a casting can be double charged if they hit the order button twice. This is not the result of any fraud or of ANY actions on the part of Extreme Spells. Actually, our company has no control over the payment processors or the errors they may have.
We have had success with 99.99% of all credit and debit card orders but errors and double charges DO happen.
Again, this is NOT the result of our actions as it simply is not possible. We have no way of ever seeing your personal financial information and this is the way we wanted it. It is safe for us as well as our clients.
Clearly every Casting we perform is not guaranteed to manifest 100% of the time. No true Spell Caster can guarantee this. We always do our best for every client. When a clients Spell has failed and the allotted time has passed (3 to 6 months depending on the Spell) to determined if a Casting is a failure is unhappy we ALWAYS grant one of three things...
1. A free reinforcement
2. A new Casting of their choice 100% free
3. A refund
I have never been one to try and sugarcoat the truth. Even when it does not serve our groups best interest. It is true we have been extremely busy with new Casting methods that we have not been able to take new clients requests. I want everyone to know that we stand behind our Castings, our Policy and most importantly our Clients.
Countless clients across the world will tell you they have made lifelong friends within our Circle and we are proud of this fact. We have grown close with many clients on a personal level. Even getting invited to weddings, events and other celebrations our clients said were the results of the Castings they had ordered with us.
If this is fact or not is besides the point I am making here and besides the point I wish to make to YOU, the reader.
The point I must make is
by no means are we a site set up to "rip off" anyone. As we have stated before in public forums and on this site, the negative reviews you read about our site consist of lies told by competitors to sway clients from us AS WELL as legit complaints from customers that we could not satisfy. We accept this as anyone in business with the public will tell you you cannot make everyone happy all of the time. If you sold a Dollar for 50 Cents you would still have complaints. This is the nature of doing business and we accept responsibility for any and all legit complaints. We even have an ex associate of the Circle that has spent countless
hours posting negative reviews about Extreme Spells and our Circle.
This is the most disturbing part to us.
REGARDLESS - WE ALWAYS STAND BEHIND OUR CLIENTS
By no means am I saying we at Extreme Spells are flawless and that we make no errors. We too cannot make everyone happy all of the time but I promise we are trying our very best and every month we grow in talent and in ability. If we had every client that had positive Casting results post their story we would flood this forum with countless rubuttels. Sadly, the negative stories are the ones that stick out the most and carry the most weight with potential clients and customers.
LIKE THE SAYING GOES 100 COMPLIMENTS CARRY THE WEIGHT OF 1 COMPLAINT
It is sad that literally ANYONE can post ANYTHING online without having to provide a drop of evidence that the comment or complain it valid or true in any way and sadly, people DO believe what they read. We hope you, as the reader, can look at ALL OF THE FACTS and make an educated opinion on the Art of Spell Casting as well as our Circle at Extreme Spells.
I would like to tell everyone reading this that we will always address any issue and we will stand behind you. We could just as easily change our domain name like so many competitors as well as other real sites that are indeed frauds but we refuse to let a few negative opinions and competitors drive us to appear as we have things to hide.
As for this complaint I will happily see to it that this client is refunded for both orders as well as given a free Casting in hopes her faith is restored in us. We are ALWAYS more then happy to make things right and to show our clients we want them HAPPY. Our goal is to literally
SHOCK & AMAZE our new customers with results they desire and beyond.
I hope anyone reading this looks at all the sides and makes a well informed and educated opinion.
