Before purchasing anything, i emailed seller about the guarentee he mentions on his website. he replied back 2 dyas later that he will issue full refund after 90 days is not satisfied. moved forward with my purchase and then had to request 3 times for the seller to confirm the request and completion of the service before he emailed back (this is after money was already sent via paypal) waited and nothing happened. emailed seller 4 times explaining that nothing happened and that i had waited around 4 weeks. told me to wait that everything is in the works. 2 weeks later i had to send him 4 more emails before he responded with "literaly" the same email telling me to wait. After the 45 day paypal money back guarentee was over, the seller stopped replying to me all together. sent him over 20 emails and he never responded till the day i called paypal and told them to please open this case back up and refund my money due to the fact that the seller took my money, told me to wait numberous times and said would give my money back after 90 days. paypay had to put a stop on his account before he would email me back. and when he did he told me that he was sorry and he didnt understand why things did not work and for me to send him another email, again explaining in full detail how his services did not work for me. i did this as instructed and requested a refund yet again. no reply. sent him 10 more emails before he responded that he would "look into refunding my money" but is paypal account was not working at the time - i assumed it was suspended due to fraud. I waited a week and sent 6 more emails asking about the refund or and update - no responses of course. called paypal myself and re-explained the situation and they said his account was just fine but went into telling me just how many complaints this seller had on him. - he ranks in their highest catagory of complaints with customer stating they have been ripped off and scammed. I sent him 5 more emails (no responses - the last one was so nice) and i called the number listed on his website (guess who doesnt call you back? - this guy) do not waste your money or your time with this guy. he is not worth the time and effort you are going to put in casing this guy around to only find out that he knows how to work the paypal system & how to take advantage of people seeking real help. - i hope this helps.
