Came across Acaiberry website offer for a 30 day trial free offer Took advantage of the offer on 1-30-09 recieved bottle of pills on 2-07-09 started using on 2-8-09 before I could notice any efect 7 days later on 2-14-09 my checking account was charged 87 dollars and 13 cent.

called the toll free number 866-633-6706 that was listed by the charge on my bank leger, and talked with Sarah Rodreguis emp number 102804 she said she would cancel my order but could not refund the charge. she also stated that after 15 days of taking the offer they automaticly charge you for the next bottle.

I argued that I had only recieved the pills on the 7th and started them on the 8th. how was I to tell if they were actually going to work in such a short amount of time. she had no answer and said she would tranfer me to her supervisor. I spent the next hour and ten minuts on hold listening to the same song over and over.

finnally I hung up and called the customer service number 866-949-0138 was imediatly put on hold and started typing this. I am writing this while I am on hold. it,s been 20 minuts I am hanging up and going to try the other number.

I called the first number and am sitting on hold again its now been another 24 minuts I am hanging up and going to file a claim thru my bank

Please do not try this product < I have seen no results from it in the 7 days I have been taking it and they will charge you 15 days after you hit the button on the website weather you recieve the product or not. Good luck
