American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc.& Option One Mortgage ESCROW negative Balance,Chargeing $500.00 to modify mortgage that they will not guarantee that they can help Irving Texas

To Whom It May Concern,

As of June 11, 2008 when I was notified that the transferrer of my loan servicer from Option One
Mortgage Corp. to American Home Mortgage Servicing ,Inc. (“AHMSI”) would take effect on July 1,
2008.

I wrote a letter to your company on June 18, 2008 concerned of my loan adjusting to a higher rate on May 1, 2009 and how it would affect me in maintaining good standing with your company my payments to please help me so I would avoid losing my home or selling ,that I work so hard for. But you never responded? And again when I sent a copy by e-mail.

So I tried to get assistance by giving authorization on July 23, 2008 to a Mr. Robb Kelly of First Nationwide Financial Group and that was approved by (AHMSI) in a letter sent to me,but again no returned calls,e-mails,correspondence and stopped service after three months.

Now I have received a letter on October 21, 2008 from (AHMSI) notifying me that of my loan will
be adjusting in 180 days to a higher rate and to begin preparing for the impact that will accrue and if will effect my timely payments and maintain a good credit rating to please call us asap for assistance.

So I called (AHMSI) on my day off work October 27, 2008 , they could help by a loan modification for a lower fixed rate for 5 years and I was so happy until I was told they would not be able to start with my loan modification until 60 days before the loan adjustment to get back to us on March 1, 2009. for assistance.

Then received a call from a Gary Santoes of mortgage solutions with (AHMSI) that he has all my info and he would be handling my case. I call him 4 times never returned my calls by the 5th time his phone # was disconected. So I contacted the Co drectly also got a runaround would not give me his full name and to send bank,taxretuns,exta and $500.00 but they can't guarantee
they can help me.

BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ? TIME IS RUNNING OUT PLEASE HELP ME!!
