First it started with signing up with Careerbuilder.com resume, then recieving numerous Job offers from misleading companies and checking one of many Penbrook Productions but not finding any scam/fraud report till after the fact seeing Angela Penbrooks name only to find out then it was a scam.
The start of many emails/phone calls from companies claiming you filled out a request form to get information from their company or website designer companies offering you to help build a website so you can sell/advertise products. Asking careerbuilder.com to take off your information from their site because of the unscrupulous job offers recieving in April and asking who is seeing your information , to be told that nobodies sees or gets your information companies emails careerbuilder the they send you email.
Then in August recieving an email from HiringMax Fred Omivdar saying that he will still post your resume information still without your knowledge or approval, when asked how he got my information? I recieved it from careerbuilder , being confused and furious at the same time on how he got information when customer svc. mgr from careerbuilder said it doesn't show or send your information to anybody was a realization something is not right here. So I sent my complaint into BBB, FTC, FCC, Criminal Justice Dept. and numerous Govt. fraud agencies just made it worse, since the companies recieved my complaints from agencies I have been recieving more scam/fraud/spam emails/phone calls from numerous companies claiming I subscribed or filled out form to do their program, receive newsletters, forwarded emails on all sorts of informercials, etc. etc.
When I asked for any help from these agencies on my problem now none of them replied with any help or suggestions , most claimed they weren't investigation agnecies and that there was nothing they could do for me.
So now realizing this I AM NEVER GOING TO COMPLAIN OR POST AFTER THIS ABOUT ANY SCAM/FRAUD/MISLEADING COMPANY BECAUSE NOBODY/AGENCY IS DOING ANYTHING TO THESE COMPANIES SO THSY ARE DOING WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO CONSUMERS. EVEN THOUGH HUNDREDS OF US ARE COMPLAINING/POSTING OUR PROBLEMS HUNDREDS ARE STILL BEING SCAMMED/FRAUDED BY THESE UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANIES BECAUSE OF NUMEROUS DBA'S/WEBSITES/EMAILS THEY USE EVERYDAY TO STAY AHEAD OF AUTHORITIES. FACT: THEIR SMARTER AND KNOW HOW TO STAY AHEAD OF THE LAW ON FRAUDING/SCAMMING CONSUMERS, NO WONDER OUR ECONOMY IS THE WAY IT IS. REALLY HAS ANYBODY SEEN/HEARD OF ANY INVESTIGATIONS ON THE NEWS THAT HAS ARRESTED OR STOPPED ANY OF THESE SCAMS THAT ARE GOING ON YEAR AFTER YEAR,DAY AFTER DAY...????
