I took out a $500 loan over the Internet with Apple Payday Loans. I was supposed to have to pay back $750. The interest was really high, but my husband had to have emergency surgery so I didnt have much of a choice.

When they started drafting it out of my account, the payments were over $250. I thought it was a little steep but I just figured it would be paid off in 3 payments. After the third payment I called them because they had taken out more that $750. They informed me that I chose to only pay the interest (which I dont remember doing) & I hadnt even begun to pay on the principal. They have since taken out another $265 which makes it more than $1000.

I tried calling them again & they were going to fax me a copy of my contract within the hour which never showed up. I am probably going to have to close out my checking account to stop any more deductions. They take out different every time so you cant just do a stop payment.

I dont mind paying what i owed, but this is ridiculous. They need to be stopped.
