Attorney General Child Support Division attorney general makes it too easy for dead beat dads Corpus Christi Texas

Its been a year and a half since ive recieved any child support from my sons dead beat father and the attorney general has done NOTHING! This has become routine for me. I've been calling the Attorney general every month for the past year and I get the same response " we've sent him a letter". A letter? yeah sure that will make him pay! I've filed complaints against them twice and have gotten nowhere. The one time mr dead beat dad did send a payment his check bounced and they wanted me to pay it!!! I'm so fed up with the excuses they have been giving me. Im in tears everytime I call them because they take no action on my behalf. I think legal action should have been taken along time ago. By not taking any actions at all that tells me that my child doesnt matter. Isnt the attorney general suppose to act on the best interest of the child and not the dead beat father? What exactly is the state paying the case workers for anyway if they let men owe $20,000 in back pay thats ridiculous, it should NEVER get that out of hand. That says alot about the attorney general. Meanwhile my child goes without and his father bounces from job to job and bar to bar, must be nice. Thanks attorney general!
