Attorney Maxine Burns Hardy Attorney Maxine Hardy did not follow any promises given by her to me on our first meeting about child custody. She only was worried about her fee in front in 2.000 $, but after she got money she forgot about my case. Never returned my call, never comunicate with me again, For 6 month she hold my fee ,ut did not help me anything. I dont want her to represent me in court, and need my money back. Columbus Georgia

Dears, who is looking for attorney, befire you hire attorney, please, get some knowledge about this person. Maxine Burns Hardy was my attorney..... for six unresponding month. After I paid her 2.000$ fee in front look like she does not need me anymore. My case was a custody case, and on our first and , look like last meeting, she promised me to get a temporary order for custody , or at least real joint custody for my girl. It never happened, for six month she did not help me anything, twice she was trying to set up a mediation , but two days before met with judge SHE cancelled it, because she is on other mediation?????? She never ever returned my call, never gave me any advice, and never asked me really what we will talk to judge on mediation day, but always remind me to be ready to pay judge 200$ in hour for this,

where is my 2.000$?????? Anyway mediation never took a place for me, because she was not able to make it. When I was coming to her office sometimes to bring some more document for my case, and she heard , that i am in her office she asked her assistant to close door to her office ( look like she was not interesting in my case anymore).

I dont want her "help" anymore, and called her few times to talk to her about this, but she never return my call, and recently I stop by her office to cancel in writing her service for me, she even did not left her chair to tell me few words.

I asked her assistant how I can get my money back, she told me :"I dont know". Ms.Hardy heard all this conversation, but ignore me. Assistant promised me she will call me back...... it never hapened. She stall my money, and showed absolutely disrespect to me.

I am looking for help , I still need to get my girl back, but not with such attorneys help.She is not for woman or man... she is for herself!!!
