Auto One Warranty Worthless Coverage sold via phone deception Irvine California

I was called just as my original warranty was about to expire under the premise that they were already providing my existing coverage through the dealership. They advised that even though they couldn't offer end to end they would cover my major needs such as engine; transmission; AC; water pump for a fee of $1895, for an extended 5yr period.

I agreed and after a down payment authorized a monthly payment of $96. I took the young man who called and his supervisor at their word..When I recieved my agreement I acccepted the limitations of coverage. I wasn't aware that the enumeration of items that weren't covered gave them allowance to reneg or negate any benefit of the policy..

I continue to make the payments as I agreed in fear that they may sue me and cause me more financial duress. At this point I am sure that the policy is in its entirety is worthless since if I do the repairs on my own it will probably annul any other benefit.

I think that they should cancel my committment and return any monies I have paid to date, as they actually have no intention in complying with anything on the worthless agreement they sold me with their decietful underhanded practices...
