On Sept 29th, 2008 I received a letter stating I had won $150,000 in a sweepstake, and sent a check for $4,9995.00 to pay the taxes. I was to contact a man named Frank Milton to verify claim number, I called he instructed me to cash or deposit the check and them call him back so he can give me instructions to pay the taxes on my winnings. The letter came in a plain white envelope with nothing but my name, address on it and a stamp from Canada.My friend seem a similar ripoff report on the web. so I did not procede any further.Thank God she found the other report. Please be warned that these people are out there!!!
