We have decided that Bluegreen is not for us because the rule have changed and we cannot use our points where we were told .

We are charged more for maintenance and taxes than originally agreed on, we were told at time of purchase the these fees would not increase.

We need to sell this property and the resale value is near nothing because of the new rules imposed on use of said properties.

You may have been misinformed at your sales presentation, but you are not exactly telling the truth either. You CAN use your points at any of the Bluegreen resorts; however, you may not have purchased enough points to go the season and length of time that you are wanting to go.
