On January 2008 I brought a Canon Pixma Pro 9500 in CompUSA in Puerto Rico with a $100 rebate. On march I email this company regarding my rebate with Submission Number 101615167, I got an email back on 05/15/08 stating that the sent the chech No. 13499848 already and that they regret the inconvenience that I have experienced in trying to obtain my rebate. And, as it has been over 30 days since the check was sent to me, they have notated my records and begun the process to have a replacement check issued to my. And that if, I should receive this check at a later date, please destroy it as the stop payment cannont be reversed and the check will no longer be valid. Bla, Bla, Bla, Bla.

I waited and waited, waited, waited again.

On June 6, 2008, I email canon again regarding the rebate and I got back an email with Submission Number 104010945 and check Number 14245683 stating that the check was sent on 05.30.08 that the check should arrive any day , however I must allow up to 30 days from thye mail date for the check to reach me before requesting a replacement check. If you have not received your check within 30 days, please feel free to contact us to request a replacement check be sent. And Bla, Bla, Bla, Bla.

Until today, 23 july 08, I have not received the $100 dollar rebate, I still waiting
