CEC Solutions Big Fraud. Liars. Mislead me to believe will receive computer after 3 consecutive payments. McLean Virginia

I signed up with CEC Solutions in order to receive a computer and repair my credit as the ad said on the radio and rep informed me on phone. I was told that after paying a 100 dollar deposit and 3 consecutive payments I would receive a shipping date for computer. After paying I called to confirm I was then told that I would have to see if finance company approves and that I would receive form in mail to sign. I have never received this form I keep calling they tell me they mailed out and will mail another. Still nothing. They have taken a total of 8 payments and I am fed up with lies. Is there any way I can receive help to get my money back. I had even told them to email the form to me and still nothing. I am tired of constant lies. I really don't know what to do. I don't want to lose money put in so I continue with them believing will receive computer. Has anyone received a computer? Please help me.
