Centennial Wireless used centinnial for 3 years and had 2 accounts and relly got it in the end! Ripoff Fort Wayne Indiana

paid my bills before thay were due and when i moved passed the houston area i was asured that my service would not change!

But the first day that i was in my new location i had nothing but droped calls and pour service if i could get out! worked with centennial and was pashent for 4 mo. while thay told me that thay had been workinking with other towers and carriers well needless to say that the problem continued so as i was paid up i had to fax them in writing to cancel my accounts and what happened next was that i recived 2 bills for each account and a 50.00 each bills turned into 1 300.00 bill and a nother for 265.00 for the other phone!
and as i said both contracts were over! for at least a year!

and as far as the rebuttal from the ex worker for centinnial i have recorded and kept several telephone call that i have recived and can prove that almost every thing that you have stated about company operations is a lie and each recording that i have states the centennial name and the different peoples names that have called and I WILL NOT PAY A BILL THAT I DO NOT OWE NO MATTER WHAT SCARE THREATS THAT YOU CALL AND MAKE TO ME AND MY FAMILY!

And have proven that to centinial !!!!

If your credit goes bad, do not blame Centennial Wireless (AND WE DO NOT MAKE THREATS)

It sounds like that you are disputing a bill and instead of doing what we asked you to do to get this billing dispute resolved (Which means go into the local office, sit down with a blue shirt advisor and have them explain the bill to you) YOU DECIDE TO DOWN RIGHT REFUSE TO THE PAY YOUR BILL AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED. And even if you were out of contract, YOU ARE STILL UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT! (Billing monthly until either you sign a new deal or sumbit that cancellation notice) But the jump in the bill tells me that YOU WERE STILL UNDER CONTRACT.

AS far as sumbitting cancellation notices, did you fax it to the right place? Maybe not, but that is because you did not ask the right questions. IF you would have ask the question, we would have helped you get that cancellation notice into the right hands.

And you said that you have recorded calls from Centennial Wireless. WELL, I BELIEVE THAT IS ILLEGAL IN SOME STATES TO DO because you have to get permission from us to be recorded (yes, our calls are recorded, but they are for training purposes, to help us with customers) and to get those require going down to the county courthouse and getting a nice subpoena.

AND WE DO NOT MAKE THREATS EITHER, If you fail to live up your end of the contract that you signed, and continue to fail to pay your bill, THE ACCOUNT WILL TERMINATE, YOU HAVE 45 DAYS TO PAY AND IF YOU STILL REFUSE, THEN IT WILL GO TO AN OUTSIDE COLLECTION AGENCY OR OUR LAWYERS TO FURTHER COLLECT ON A VAILD DEBT THAT YOU OWE AND WILL BE REPORTED AGAINST YOUR CREDIT

AND YOU ALSO AGREED TO BINDING Arbitration even though your contract has expired.

So, if your credit goes bad because of this, DO NOT BLAME CENTENNIAL WIRELESS. WE DID NOT LIE TO YOU, YOU FAILED TO LIVE UP TO YOUR END OF THE DEAL.
