Had placed order for trial sample for Acaipure, my checking acct was deibited $44.85 10/27/08; cancelled order 11/15/08 by email; was charged again 11/14/08 for $39.95; charged again 12/1/08 for $44.90 and charged again 12/29/08 for $44.90..Continue to be charged after cancelling order twice by eamil tried to call twice no answer Largo Florida

Oder by creditcard trail off of Acaipure on 10/25/08 was charged $44.85, cancelled the order 11/15/08 by email twice, rec'd confirmation of cancellation. on 11/14/08 was charged $39.95 no product rec'd; 12/1/08 was charged $44.90 no product rec'd; charged again 12/29/08 for $44.90, product received and returned 12/30/08. Contacted my bank had creditcard cancelled 12/30/08. I want to be refunded in full.

attorney general of arizona terry goddard sues central coast nutraceuticals

Arizona has filed suit against them and if you are a victim please call the attorney generals office at 602-542-5763. This is right out of the phoenix newspaper The arizona republic on jan 1 2009 business section. Hope this helps you all get your money back!!!!!

David not a victim but a concerned reading of the ripoff report.
