Child Support Enforcement, Support Kids No Return Contact, Wife Lives in Virginia Beach Virginia Austin Texas

Have called many times and this company has not called me back. Left many messages to go forward with a child support modification. Was told a long time ago that I would have to show in person in Austin Texas to do so. Told them that I could not afford that at the time. Thought my ex-wife had moved to Texas. She has changed her number and made it a prvate number. Can not get a hold of her either. Recently found out that she is still living in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Told them on the message that I need to go forward with the child support modification for I can not afford the amount whatsoever and will ultimately lose job and car.
It has been two weeks and noone from that company has contacted me. I get a voice mail of a person called Cassandra Clark. Name maybe misspelled.
