I signed up from the comcast triple play and was told that I would get a $200 hundred rebate check. It was been 3 months and I have not received anything. I called Comcast today (4-14-2009).
The representative didn't know anything about it. He gave me a web address and told me maybe they would be able to help me out. The address was checkmyrebate.com and I phone number of 1800 631 0258. I didn't get any answers- the place was closed. I comcast is giving me the run around.

$200 Rebate Problems

AUTHOR: Justin - Baltimore (U.S.A.)

Here is some of the info on the steps customers need to take to ensure they get their rebate:

All offers carry the same subscriber requirements:

-maintain level of service for at least 90 days from install date
-register at the appropriate web address by the deadline date
-maintain a current balance for 90 days from install date

Gift checks should be received 4 to 6 weeks after the 90 day period if the above eligibility requirements have been met. The customer will receive a confirmation email when the gift check has been mailed.

I hope this helps a little bit. The key points are the fact that you basically have to make all of your payments ontime, and not downgrade any services for 90 days. If there was a late payment made or anything of the like, the offer will not be honored. If all if the criteria ARE met, then it takes an additional 4-6 weeks to get the rebate. When did you get the service installed? I can send you a link to check the status of your rebate!

Not Buying It!!!

AUTHOR: MinMuf1 - (United States of America)

Sorry, not buying the rebutal from Comcast!  I've had the same internet/phone/cable set up since being install, been current and waiting on my check for almost a year now!  I got the same crap about calling in, then was told to register online for it and most recently call today same old story as with the last ten month... "I don't know why you haven't received it yet, blah, blah, blah!"  Well, HELLO!  Obviously, haven't received it because it hasn't beent sent!

WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

Not Buying It!!!

AUTHOR: MinMuf1 - (United States of America)

Sorry, not buying the rebutal from Comcast!  I've had the same internet/phone/cable set up since being installed back in February 2009, account is ALWAYS current and still I am waiting on my check to appear!  Oh yeah, I got the same crap about calling in, then was told to register online for it and called again today.  Well, of course, same old story as with the last ten months... "I don't know why you haven't received it yet, blah, blah, blah!"  Well, HELLO!  Obviously, haven't received it because it hasn't beent sent!  In all honesty, the only reason why I chose Comcast over Dish was the promotion.  WHAT A RIP OFF!!!
