Cost Seg Advisors Cost Seg Advisors – Scam and Rip-off!! Internet

James Reid, and his cousin  Reuben Simmonds, are misleading people by charging for stolen information. They trained under another scammer Bill Stredney who was the owner of Commercial Property Consultants, which went BK.  

Reid, an African-American,  stole all of CPC’s information and they are selling it on the internet for $5,000 and up.  I know, I trained in the same class with Reid and at CPC.  His training manual is a virtual duplication of CPC’s.  I do have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth from CPC, but James Reid is continuing the same scam! 

 His is not legal either; he is selling a business opportunity and he isn’t even registered to do so in Florida or any other State and that is illegal.   Their website says that they have offices across the country, but they are not listed.  This is because they don’t have any offices in other States!  They are a VERY small 2 man operation. 

 Both Reid and Simmonds  don’t have any back-ground for performing cost segregation studies.  Simmonds is a glorified sales person, so don’t fall his ‘sales techniques’.  Reid has been involved in EIGHT DIFFERENT industries over the course of 23 years..that speaks volumes!  He is the master of nothing and has not stuck with anything!!  Read his bio on his site.  BEWARE of this SCAMMER.
