CPPD Special Matters Office sent me a second letter informing me that I need to send $31.99 for the awards report East Meadow New York

I sent $19.99 " a one time fee " to process my so called winnings. Then I received a second letter saying I needed to send $31.99 To the CPPD special matters office. WITH MY SIGNATURE ( I did not sign the form.

I carfully read the back of the letter and relized somthing didnot seem right.

I Googled CPPD And read all about the fraud of this company.
I wrote on the letter with a black sharps marker informing them I was aware that this is a fraud, and I would not be sending them anymore money and to take me off thier mailing list.
included in my writting I said "first time shame on me , second time shame on you"
I will be putting the letter in the mail tommorow 12/11/08 hopfully I will not hear from this company again.
