David Morgan & Associates Payday Loan Collection Scam Palm Coast Florida

I have had the same experienced as the companies above. In 2006, they scared me to death and I western unioned them $852 only to find out that it was a scam and the company no longer existed.

A so called different company has begin calling and harrassing my job and calling and leaving messages on my answering machine. They have threatened several times to have me picked up and are not phased by the fact that I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission. They use American Names and talk with a foreign accent.

I have sent them a certified letter stating to not contact me again by phone and I am waiting to see if it is deliverable.

You can't call them back on the number that is left on the caller I.D, 866-998-0981 and the fax number that they gave me, 321-221-0018, does not work.
