EZ Saver And American Leisure charges of $16.95 from both American Leisure and EZ Saver appeared on my bank statement. Is Consumer Protection Division, Baltimore, Maryland

Like evryone else I found some charges of $16.95 from both American Leisure and EZ Saver appeared on my bank statement. I had no idea who these companies were and what the charges were for.

I also called the number for American Leisure a phone message said they were closed and then I tried to go to the web address that was given on the phone. I was told to call back Monday. I also discovered is that American Leisure and EZ Saver is the same company.

I have not been able to check out my bank statements due to helping my Wife fight the breast cancer that was discovered Jan. 1 of 2009. I just started checking my account Aug 1, 2009. I kind of looked over the name EZ Saver because i fill up my car at a gas station called EZ Serve. So I was double charged by BOTH American Leisure and EZ saver from Jan to July.

I have called my bank and stopped anyother charges and ordered a new bank card. They will dispute the last 3 months but I don't thank that will help. I hope your web site help other people to act a lot sooner than most of us. thanks
