I have done a bit of research on an order I placed with Looted.com. I placed a character order with them and still have not received my order (Months later). Thanks to RackSpace I have found that they are all linked together I have filed a dispute with PayPal but lost $ 400.00 to this Chinese company. I have filed a complaint with Internic for False DNS contact info. They use multiple domains to rip off people and pretend to be American.
