Gardners Choice Grass Seed ripoff Hartford Michigan

i am writing this ripoff report for my elderly parents in pennsylvania who had bad dealing with gardners choice with grass seed.

my folks ordered grass seed as advertised on tv a 5 lb bag for 19.99 and company was to send 2 extra pounds to cover postage cost. they received the order and it was a double order and the cost was 73.80 for the 5lb bag plus 2lb bags. they wqere charged 73.80 for each order totaling 147.60 for 14 lbs of grass seed.

folks tried calling company to starighten out double order charge and price but encountered many rude people. no one was willing to haelp or even talk the issue.

this company needs burried along with its seed. how can they continue to survive???
