I was fooled by this agency twice and I WARN EVERYONE not to do the same. Last year I paid for a portfolio of my 5-year old daughter they claimed they wanted to represent (because she was -oh my God! so beautiful, true blond! and I am sure she will be noticed immediately! And we will be sending her portfolio right away to producers and I am sure she will be a success!). Because nothing happened for a year, I contacted them again in October 2008 to find out what is going on (this is when I still thought the agency actually represents models, rather than just sells people overpriced, and so-so photo services).

They said we need to redo/update the portfolio and see what happens. I asked how much it would cost. They said "nothing, it is on us". I went to the agency with my (now) almost 6-year old daughter, we did the session again, they showed me the pictures and said .... I have to pay over $300 for the new portofio and compcards!!! When I argued it was supposed to be free, they claimed I "misunderstood". After all, they spent their time reshooting for free, but now they have to pay for the actual prints etc...". I was a fool and I paid. What is more - I paid upfront.

The result is, I have been waiting since ... OCTOBER!!!!! for the compcards! I got the portfolio in December, but the compcards are nowhere to be found to this date! I called the agency many times and I was told different stories: they arrived but were sent back for corrections; they did not arrive, but they will; the printing company is far backed-up, but they will be ready. Today I called again from my home phone number and nobody even picked up the phone... not until I called from a different phone! I spoke to John Voulo and I was told the compcards will be ready in less then 2 weeks (which is what they kept on telling me all time along).

I told them if they are not ready in 2 weeks, I will be there without a notice to pick up my refund. I hope the story will be a warning to everyone! Beware of this company! Stay away! They are only selling photos, they do not represent anyone! It is a scam and ripp off! They just prey on parental feelings thinking a parent will do anything for her child. They are not a legitimate agency!!
