Charge for $14.95 appeared on my credit card. I called helpmedownload using the phone number on my VISA statement. I was informed this charge was for customer assistance if I had a problem with one of the free downloads and that it would be billed monthly. I had the option to cancel membership, which of course I never authorized. I had membership cancelled immediately and was given a confirmation number. FYI - the site I downloaded from was freedownloadcenter.com.

Received my CC Statement yesterday 6/16/09). Another charge was posted to my account. I called me Credit Card service department to have my existing account closed out immediately. Evidently there is nothing they can do about the 2 charges already posted.
