I received a call in the same way as other individuals, the person that I spoke to offered me that credit card had been approved for me with a credit line of up to $ 5,000.00 dollars.

I said to him that I knew I could get one with a security deposit, and that I could re-establish my credit again. He said there are companies that are riping people off. I that I should not trust them. He promised that after sending $279.00 I would get within 10 days my credit card, and that there would not be annual fees involved and 0 interest by paying $ 279.00 dollars that were debited from my Business account. I received a Package after I called them 3 weeks later after realizing I did not received no credit card whatsoever. I called dissapointed and demanded a refund immediately, and the person told me that he did not think I was entittled to a refund at all. This happened after calling so many times and put on hold forever.

Something needs to be done. I knew there was something wrong after I had already accepted to have my account be debited for $279.00 dollars, because there was not a physical address nor a local telephone. It is a rip off. What can I do in regards of this. In the package I received there is also an address from Tampa Florida; that they call Processing Center 13176 North Dale Mabry, Suite # 205, Tampa, FL 33618. On top of riping me off they want more money. They want me to send a money order for $39.95($27.95 for card processing and set up and $12.00 for the initial load on the card made payable to: FIRST PROCESSING.

We need to stop these thieves before they keep abusing other people. Is there a way?
