JD Byrider Blood Hounds!! Erie Pennsylvania

I bought my explorer in August of 2007. I have had it in the garage several times for O2 sensors. They seemed nice enough, until I lost my job and my unemployment ran out and then it all went terribly wrong.

I made my payment before I left on vacation. I went to FL and my husband and I decided that I should look for a job down here and possibly to finish my nursing school. My payment ended up being 1 day late and the agent was on my phone screaming about HIS money. I told him I was out of state and that he would have to wait until friday for his payment. The next thing I know I have the corporate office calling my dad, mom, grandma, and my 1st born trying to find out where i am at.

I told them my husband would be in Friday to make the payment and the guy at the corporate office in Cleveland told me that :

1. I am not allowed to take the truck out of state, apparently thats in my contract. Well, since they were so nice to video tape the whole credit process. They have me on tape telling them that I go to Florida in the winter to work. I was also kind enough to remind them that was a violation of my civil rights.
2. They traced my mothers cell phone # and found her address and physical phone # & now they have that address on my account. Even though I haven't officially moved here. I haven't changed my address with them. I don't have a florida license and my truck still has PA plates. My moms name is even on the receipt. How is that legal?

Now that I am a week behind again they are threatening me again. I just got a job, but it doesn't start for a couple of weeks I have contacted them and let them know whats going on, but he just started screaming at me. I said excuse me, but you asked me to contact you and I am. I am under enough stress right now, this was a courtesy call not an invitation for a lecture.

They are not just Blood Hounds, but blood suckers .
